I moved to the U.S. in 2017 for college and received a B.A. in Media Communications from Point Loma Nazarene University 2021....

Born in Bangkok, Thailand but holds a Burmese citizenship (not a dual citizen...)

Big advocate for the Southeast Asian / Asian community

Former international student, now currently residing in the U.S. with an immigrant visa

Started this agency because I wanted to create my own version of the "American Dream"

I specialize in video production, content creation, and digital marketing

Worked on numerous projects and produced a variety of content regarding immigration, culture, and lifestyle including an internship with Pacific Arts Movement SD.

Fun Fact: My name is pronounced "Hen-rick"

Why did you start an agency?

I was tired of the carrot being dangled in front of me....

As an immigrant and former international student, my life has been nothing short of false promises and false illusions. Despite assurances for life changing opportunities and fulfillment of the “American Dream,” I have faced long waits in immigration case approvals and various financial setbacks that have prevented me from living the life that I envisioned.


My life took a drastic turn for the worse in July 2022. I was in an excruciating limbo state. No visa, no job, no financial security. I was desperate. I wanted to give up (this was the closest I've been to giving up my American journey)


After sitting in my room for days on end, feeling discourage and hopeless. I took a hard look at myself and asked myself this ONE question,
"What are YOU gonna do about this situation you are in?" and that was the spark.


I realized that no one was going to come save me and I was the only person who can make that change in my life. So I dug deep into my faith, and I casted hope into my life. I knew that as long as I had my faith and the living breath to move and think, I could create my reality.


Fast forward several months, here I am. HDinMedia is a business that I can confidently say is my own byproduct of hope, tenacity, and perseverance. It all began with a leap of faith to come to America.The vision was always there, I just needed to find the spark to execute it. It brings me great excitement to share stories of other immigrants and people on the same journey as me. My love for creating content, sharing stories, and inspiring others is rooted in this agency.

How quickly do I get to see results with your approach?

It takes us roughly 5 working days to get things set up for you and then we start running your ads. Results – in the form of booked appointments – can appear the first day your ads run. Although we would expect it to take a few days before the specific set-up we’ve created for you finally beds in. 

From there, we refine your ads as results come in, looking for small improvements in order to increase overall results. That can take 3 – 4 weeks. But you’ll be getting appointments in the meantime – and we’ll be aiming to run the size of campaign necessary to keep your company fully busy throughout.

Why do you use TikTok only? There are many ads platforms – why not diversify?

Different platforms work very differently for eateries. Some are incredibly competitive and very expensive – Google ads, especially. Others barely work at all. 

We know this from experience.

But when it comes to finding exclusive leads for local and online eateries we know exactly what works – and that’s TikTok. 

In terms of quality of lead and cost, TikTok has been dominating the social media scene and many businesses have been profiting since 2020.

And because we only use TikTok and we only work with eateries… we specialize in this market.

Because using TikTok's powerful audience tools we can pinpoint audiences in super-fine detail. 

TikTok makes this possible – if you really know how to use it. And being TikTok advertisers means we aim to help local asian eateries scale and add more revenue into their businesses!

Until some other platform comes along that can outdo TikTok we’re going to stick with it. It works!

What if you work with another eatery in my area, won’t that hurt my business?

That won’t happen. 

Before we take on a new client we make sure they’re right for us. In other words we first qualify them (just like we qualify new clients for you).

Part of that qualification is: do we already have a client in the area you operate in?

We routinely refuse to take on clients because their business competes with an existing client’s business. 

So rest assured: if you are our client then we will not take on a new client in your area of operation.
